As touched upon, from lovable father and nuclear safety inspector Homer Simpson to Fable’s antagonistic Jack of Blades, players of the action role-playing game have seen no shortage of amazingly accurate Elden Ring character recreations. For the uninitiated, this is in part thanks to the fact that there are plenty of custom appearance options to choose from the very moment the game is booted up, which gives imaginative players all the necessary tools required to design whoever they truly desire.

Now, talented Reddit user HeySoloSoYo has masterfully utilized the custom option in Elden Ring’s extensive character creation engine to bring honorable scapegoat, Señor Don Ramon, to the twisted realm of the Lands Between. Most impressive of all, this digital doppelganger of the world’s worst tenant has it all, including his iconic signature bushy mustache and eyebrows, his signature near-permanent glare, and long facial structure. Looking exactly like his Elden Ring counterpart, Don Ramon is one of the central characters in the now-classic Mexican sitcom El Chavo del Ocho, also referred to as El Chavo Del 8. Performed by the talented and artistically diverse actor Ramon Valdez, the character is an unemployed widower who gets himself into hilarious situations over his refusal to pay his rent. Although, instead of being a quick-tempered and angry character who’s always down on his luck, Don Ramon is a fairly upbeat person who manages to keep his chin up during even the most menacing of times.
In summary, although the game only hit store shelves a couple of months ago, Elden Ring proves to have a delightful community that is consistently pushing the game to its limit by delivering some of the most outstanding in-game creations around. Funnily enough, this would not even be the first time HeySoloSoYo has accomplished such a lifelike recreation using video games, as they have also brought legendary mobster Al Capone to Red Dead Online.
Elden Ring is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
