It didn’t take all that long for Elden Ring players to realize just how deep the game’s character creator was after it officially launched. Quite a few players have been having a lot of fun making their characters look as weird as absolutely possible. There have even been some online competitions to see who can come up with the ugliest or strangest looking people to wander through the game’s world. However, other gamers have decided to use all the tools at their disposal by creating characters from other games, movies, television shows, and even comics.

Reddit user Savage_Bruh16 took to the social media site to show off their own entry into the unofficial competition to see just how realistic some Elden Ring recreations can be. The user posted a picture of their character with the caption “Ninja Turtle,” and they did indeed manage to make a character that looks quite a bit like one of those famous shell-wearing crime fighters.
The Elden Ring character’s skin was the shade of green that matches that of the Ninja Turtles, and he’s decked out in what looks like leather straps over most of his body. Complete with a large turtle shell on the character’s back, he’s also brandishing two swords and a blue mask across his eyes, hinting that this particular Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle is supposed to be Leonardo. The look was finished off by wearing a bandana over the lower part of the character’s face in a way that looks like a ninja mask.
Quite a few Reddit users were quick to comment on the picture with more than a few people suggesting that Savage_Bruh16 should take his character into the Leyndell sewers in order to really get deep into the lore of both franchises. Others had suggestions on how the Leonardo character could be made to look a bit more realistic, namely if he was wielding dual katanas instead of swords.
As it happens, this is hardly the first time that an Elden Ring player has made a Ninja Turtle character. There have actually been numerous creations based on the popular comic book, movie, and television characters with some being very serious such as this creation, and others going with a more humorous approach.
Elden Ring is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Series X/S.
