Does Elden Ring Have Co-Op?
Elden Ring is not a traditional cooperative game. Players can’t just open a menu and connect with a buddy –it takes a little more than that. Elden Ring players, if connected online, need to craft an item called the Furlcalling Finger Remedy, which can summon other players into the game. This can be useful if players are struggling against one of the many tough boss fights or if two friends just want to mess around in the open world and explore together.
Is Elden Ring Crossplay?
And for folks wondering if Elden Ring supports crossplay, the answer is no. If someone is playing Elden Ring on PS5 and wants to team up with a friend playing on Xbox Series X, it’s not possible –at least at launch. However, players on the same console family will be able to squad up. This means PS4 players can join a friend playing on PS5, and people on Xbox One or Series X/S can also play together.
