RELATED: Elden Ring: How to Beat Starscourge RadahnSiofra River is a large underground area in Elden Ring. Players need to go through a lot in order to find Blaidd. He can be found in the deepest part of the Siofra River. Even after Tarnished complete the task and talk to Seluvis, Blaidd will still stand in the same spot. He only moves when the quest to defeat Starscourge Radahn starts, when Blaidd will move to Redmane Castle.
Updated September 11, 2022 by Erik Petrovich: The question of where is Blaidd in the Siofra River has a two-part answer. First, players must find their way to the Siofra River itself, a relatively secret area in Elden Ring whose entrance is deep in the most dangerous part of Limgrave (if not the Lands Between). Then, in the Siofra River itself, players have to dodge Ancestral Worshippers with pinpoint accuracy from miles away and find Blaidd while navigating its beautiful depths. In the Siofra River, Blaidd seeks to help Ranni achieve her destiny, and though Nokron can be seen from down here, Blaidd’s insistence on actually reaching the Eternal City pays off after a visit to Seluvis later on.
Siofra River Well Is Near Blaidd’s First Spawn Location
Upon accepting to serve Ranni the Witch, she’ll ask Tarnished to speak with three people on the first floor, one of them is Blaidd. The Half-Wolf will be standing near a wall in his spectral form. He then tells players that he’s heading to Siofra River to search for Nokron, the Eternal City. Tarnished have to travel to Mistwood Outskirts Site of Lost Grace in the far east of Limgrave.
Upon arriving, summon Torrent and head east towards the minor Erdtree. Alternatively, players can head north from the Fort Haight West Site of Grace, but this requires a longer trek through the Mistwood.
Blaidd’s first spawn location is also found in the Mistwood, specifically in the centralized Mistwood Ruins, but if you’ve started Ranni’s questline he won’t appear in this spot. There’s a round building just north of the minor Erdtree, which is the Siofra River Well’s entrance. Carefully get past the Runebears and Erdtree Avatar and use the lift inside to get down to the Siofra River.
Where To Find Blaidd In the Siofra River In Elden Ring
Light up the Elden Ring Site of Lost Grace and head deeper into the area. In the distance, there’s a big archway surrounded by destroyed pillars. Go through the entrance and climb the stairs to the left. Keep climbing until a giant waterfall is in sight. There should be a small entrance near the waterfall – enter it and use the elevator inside.
Once the elevator stops, exit the room and summon Torrent. Ride north in the watery swamp until you find another Site of Lost Grace in the larger Siofra River area. Walk to the Hallowhorn Grounds staircases east of the Site of Grace and pick up the item from the corpse near the stairs: it’s the map fragment for Siofra River.
From the staircase, walk west and climb the small slope. If players look ahead, they will see a person standing near a cliff far away. That’s Blaidd the Half-Wolf. Continue walking forward to reach him. Make sure to exhaust his dialogue before re-loading the area, or else he won’t move to his next location.
The road to Blaidd is full of enemies that might follow Elden Ring players (and sniper-like Ancestral Worshippers). As a result, Tarnished might get hit while talking with the Half-Wolf. So, it’s recommended to either kill all opponents or use Torrent to ride around.
Elden Ring is available now for PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, and Xbox One and Series X|S.
