Seluvis is an important NPC for anyone who wishes to complete Ranni’s questline in Elden Ring. Apparently, the Sorcerer will lead Tarnished to someone who knows how to reach Nokron, the Eternal City. He appears in two spots and has two forms.

Where to Find Seluvis In Elden Ring
Preceptor Seluvis can be found in two locations: as a spectral form in Ranni’s Rise and physical form in Seluvis’s Rise. Both towers can be found in the Three Sisters area. To reach it, players need to start from Caria Manor. It’s a castle situated north of Liurnia of the Lakes.
After lighting the Main Caria Manor Gate Site of Lost Grace, head inside to the big statue. The room is filled with Hand Spiders and Lesser Hand Spiders. They’re not that hard to kill, so Tarnished might as well kill them to get some easy Runes. Then:
Go north and enter two giant doors Climb the stairs where there’s a Site of Lost Grace Walk out through the only door in the room and prepare to cross the bridges Try to avoid the Knight Spirits that’ll appear, as they have a trap that might push Tarnished off the bridge Walk around the first tower and cross the second bridge Turn left and use the lift to get to the upper level
Light the Site of Lost Grace, then get out of the room. There are some Direwolves out there, so be careful. Next, climb the big staircases past the Giant Troll and Pages until a big circular archway is visible. Inside it is Royal Knight Loretta and the door to the Three Sisters. Defeat her and sprint outside the door using Torrent. Three big towers can be seen right away, which are: Renna’s Rise, Ranni’s Rise, and Seluvis’s Rise.
To meet the spectral form, go to the tower in the middle and climb to the highest floor. Speak with Ranni to start her quest, then go back to the first floor and speak with Seluvis. He’ll tell players that if they ever need him, Tarnished can find him in his tower.
To meet his physical form, simply exit Ranni’s Rise and ride Torrent to the right. Watch out for the dragon. Jump the small cliff then go inside the tower, Seluvis will be there.
Upon speaking with him, he’ll give players a potion and his questline will begin. After completing all of his tasks, the Sorcerer will then agree to share his knowledge and teach players some Spells. These spells are:
Carian Phalanx (12000 Runes) Carian Retaliation (9000 Runes) Glintstone Icecrag (7500 Runes) Freezing Mist Sorceries (6000 Runes)
Be sure to buy everything before finishing Ranni’s questline as he’ll die at the end.
