Eldest Souls is looking to be a unique take on thie ever-growing genre of souls-like games, featuring a top-down perspective and pixelated characters and enemies. Players will need to challenge the Old Gods that have returned to ravage the world that forgot them, and in doing so will continue to grow in power and prestige.

Fallen Flag Studio describes Eldest Souls as a boss rush type of game, where players will take on increasingly challenging bosses as they progress through the story. There’s also an emphasis on players being able to create a wide variety of builds with the abilities they collect during their playthrough, ensuring that every player will have a slightly different experience than the last.
